I’m a Richmond-based dance educator who believes every person deserves access to movement. Dance lives in all of us. It’s one of the oldest ways we’ve expressed ourselves and one of the most powerful ways we connect.

My teaching blends humor, energy, technique, and unconditional encouragement. After years in studios and community settings, I’ve built the kind of practice I always dreamed of - one that feels authentic to who I am and allows me to share dance with people of every experience level.

My philosophy is simple: dance should feel both meaningful and welcoming. I strive to create spaces where dancers feel seen, supported, and free to explore. Technique matters, but so does joy, curiosity, and the permission to move authentically.

I’m grateful to share this work with my community and look forward to connecting with new spaces.
