Kierstin's Story

Hi, I’m Kierstin.  

I believe every child deserves a place to move, laugh, and shine through dance. That’s the heart of Dance With Kierstin.

I offer private and small-group lessons across RVA that meet each dancer where they are. For little ones, that might mean playful first steps full of giggles and confidence-building. For teens, it can mean focused coaching in ballet, modern, jazz, and contemporary to refine skills and grow as artists.

I’ve taught with Central Virginia Dance Academy, West End Academy of Dance, the School of Richmond Ballet (including their Minds In Motion program), Soul Aerial Performing Arts, and Todd Rosenlieb Dance. I also spent over four years at J’adore Dance, where I led the Children’s Program and served as Student & Family Coordinator.

Outside the studio, I care deeply about the environment and am passionate about supporting music and the arts in Richmond.

I’m building a dance community that feels less like a studio and more like a family… one dancer at a time.
